About the Austin Celtic AssociationThe Austin Celtic Association was founded in January 1997 as a nonprofit organization to celebrate and promote Celtic culture through music, dance, theatre, language, sports, history, and the arts. Each year, the ACA holds a number of events in addition to a fundraiser for the annual Austin Celtic Festival. 2008 Austin Celtic Association Board of DirectorsPresident: Heather Gilmer At Large Members: Membership YearThe upcoming membership year runs from May 1, 2008
until April 30, 2009. There is no proration of the
joining fee. All current memberships are due for renewal on
April 30, 2008. Members receive the following benefits:Memberships last from May 1 of one year until April 30 of the following year. There is no proration of the joining fee at any point in the membership year. An individual membership now costs $10 and a lifetime membership $50. We have decided to cut all other categories of membership until further notice. If you haven’t already done so, please consider renewing your membership to the ACA. Benefits of membership are:
